Free shipping

Shipping is free on every Sista Soft order.

How long it takes

Every pillow is made to order just for you. From the day you order, please allow about 15 business days for your pillow to arrive. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delays

Busy seasons, carrier issues or customs can sometimes add a few extra days. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us and we will look into it for you.

Shipping address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Damaged or wrong items

If your pillow arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, see our Refund Policy and email us within 7 days of delivery.
